Steve and his son have been nothing but amazing! They made our wedding the most amazing event ❤️ they are so helpful with communication and helped with coming up with a timeline to bring our whole wedding together! The photo booth was a success and our guests absolutely loved it!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone! Thank you guys again for everything!

This was one of the easiest decisions I made while planning our wedding. From the very first communication I had with Steve, I felt right at ease. We met at the venue for a collaborative conversation about the style of music we like, requested a few must haves via his easy-to-use web planner, and Steve took it from there filling in the rest perfectly. We really appreciate all of the advice Steve gave us on specific ideas we had and on how to best make everything flow together. You can just tell that he genuinely enjoys his work! All of our guests had such a great time and many made sure to tell us later how excellent the DJ was! Also, the photo booth setup was so much fun!

Steve was awesome!! He did a fantastic job as our DJ as well as on our lighting! His very friendly, flexible, and reliable. Whenever I have questions, he always answers right away. I had no idea how I would pick a DJ for my wedding. I don't listen to a lot of music and don't know how to organize a play list that would keep people excited to be there. Just speaking to Steve on the phone I knew Only The Best Sound was the right choice. He made be feel confident in his experience and he offered a few additional things I really wanted like a photo booth and "jukebox" style where guests could help you build your playlist with suggestions. I was ready to party and dance (I am not a dancer) but he made me excited to celebrate my big day! When we met in person for a quick meeting he assured my husband as well, that this was the best choice. I was lucky enough to have my wedding during the COVID limitations in 2020. Unfortunately for us our venue did not allow us to dance inside, we had to move everyone outside and so we decided to only do our special dances (1st dance, father daughter..etc). I tell you what I didn't miss the dancing at all the way Steve moved the groove through the night the party vibe was still there. I appreciate all his input...I recommend taking his advice on timeline! This is the MUST have vendor for your event! 🙂

Steven was the dj for my daughter's wedding. He was amazing! He kept the guests engaged throughout the evening and kept us on our timeline. I heard guests and the staff for our venue complimenting him all night. And the photo booth was also great! He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him!

Steve and Ryan from Only the Best Sound were absolutely wonderful! They made the entire process so easy! Right from the beginning it was obvious that they are professionals and love being DJ's. We did not have a wedding planner, and I was very stressed about making the timeline, and flow of reception. Steve made it easy, from our first phone call he helped create the timeline, had extremely helpful suggestions on order of events and even recommended some special personal touches during the reception. Ryan met with us the day before to finalize everything which gave us nice piece of mind. At the actual wedding, Ryan was absolutely fantastic. He was constantly checking in with me, adjusting the timeline as necessary (gave us extra time to socialize!) and basically made it flow so smooth that I didn't have to think about anything but enjoying. The must for dancing was so fun, and he did a great job of getting everyone dancing by mixing music (had a mix of younger and older generations). I had multiple people talk about how amazing the music and DJ after. Someone even asked if Ryan was also a day of coordinator, he was that attentive, helpful and amazing. They are so worth their price!!! Save yourself the stress and just use them! Also their photo booth was a huge hit, kept people entertained the entire night and provided awesome photos for us after.

Steve was AMAZING! We booked at the last minute and he was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and responsive to all questions. On the night of, he made the evening so memorable to our guests, and was the perfect amount of entertainment - didn't steal the show, but totally rocked the house. Having the photo booth was probably the most valuable part of the experience and has brought many laughs looking through them afterwards. If you don't want to stress about your big day, Steve is your man!

Steve & Ryan did a fantastic performance at our wedding in June 2021. With weddings starting back up it did become a little hectic with other couples also trying to contact this company. Regardless, steve tackled it all and responded to our needs. Ryan was our DJ and was very friendly and professional. Everything worked accordingly and I must say the sound system was amazing! Probably the best speaker system I have ever heard with a DJ so their name is quite fitting. The photo booth was an additional perk that we didn’t expect to be such a huge hit! I mean everyone had a BLAST with it. The photos came out beautiful, everyone got a little souvenir from it, and we are having a great time looking through all the photos our guests took. I would definitely recommend Only The Best Sound for anyone searching for a DJ on the Oregon Coast. We also planned from the East Coast so it was reassuring to see other wonderful reviews about this company.
